Born from the fertile lands of South Ayrshire – once farmed by Robert Burns himself – Lochlea Distillery began its whisky-making journey in 2018, guided by the experienced hand of former Laphroaig manager John Campbell. This inaugural release embodies a ‘field to cask’ philosophy, showcasing the distillery’s commitment to quality and innovation. Matured in a harmonious blend of first-fill Bourbon and PX Sherry casks, the spirit offers a notably fruity and elegant character at 46% ABV. Expect a whisky deeply rooted in its heritage, reflecting the rich agricultural landscape of its origin with every sip.
