Glenbotal is an online marketplace for rare, collectable and limited-edition whisky, with wine, Champagne and other spirits alongside. Most listings are a single bottle: releases that sold out when they came out, bottles from distilleries that have since closed, older bottlings and vintages people look for as a birthday year.
Today 104,228 bottles are on sale. Stock changes every day, and when a bottle sells it is gone.
Glenbotal does not buy bottles itself. Bottles are listed by partner shops and by private sellers on the platform, and you buy them here: one price in pounds, one basket and one checkout. Each product page says where the bottle is sent from, for example a partner shop in another country, and when it will be dispatched, so you know before you order.
Every listing gives the bottle’s size, strength, age or vintage, and its condition notes: label marks, capsule wear, box damage, fill level. What the page says is what you receive. If the photos or the notes leave a question open, ask us before you buy and we will find out.
UK delivery is free on orders over £99; below that it costs £8. We also deliver to many other countries, with rates by country and number of bottles on the shipping policy page. Bottles are packed for the journey and sent with tracking.
Looking for a bottle that is not listed? Tell us on Find my bottle: the name, the age or year, the size, or a link to it. We will look for it among the shops and sellers on the platform and let you know what we find.
Shops and private collectors can list bottles on Glenbotal. See Sell with us for how it works.
