A small batch Bourbon made with a “high rye” recipe and blended from selected barrels. Buttered popcorn and butterscotch are joined by a whiff of spice from the rye on the nose and palate. Notes of fresh grilled corn and a hin of smoke characterise the finish. This is a superb Bourbon punching well about its weight.
