Our Dornoch Distillery's flagship whisky is a 31-year-old Speyside single malt, distilled in 1989. Aged to perfection, this rich and complex dram exhibits notes of vanilla, oak, and subtle smokiness on the nose, while the palate reveals hints of dried fruit and spices. Bottled at a cask strength of 51.3%, only 527 bottles were released for connoisseurs to savour its full-bodied, velvety texture.
