Hailing from the Lowland region of Scotland, Ailsa Bay distillery commands a stunning coastal view toward Ailsa Craig and the Isle of Arran. Established in 2007 by William Grant & Sons on the historic site of the Ladyburn malt distillery, Ailsa Bay produces a diverse range of whisky styles. This expression showcases a character that leans towards the sweeter side, with subtle notes of grain and a clean, refreshing palate, occasionally hinting at a faint sulphury complexity due to the steel condensers used in production. Bottled at 48.9%, it offers a uniquely Lowland whisky experience.
