Ailsa Bay Single Malt

Ailsa Bay is a Lowland whisky produced at William Grant & Sons' distillery on Scotland's Clyde coast, which boasts eight stills crafted to Balvenie standards with a capacity of 12 million litres. The distillery produces up to five different styles of malt whisky, including sweet and light, heavier and more sulphury, as well as peated expressions reaching 50ppm. Ailsa Bay's rich flavour profile offers notes of smoke, vanilla, and subtle sweetness, complemented by a smooth, velvety texture. Its full-bodied character is developed over years of careful maturation in oak casks.
