Introduced in 2017, this core release is inspired by the rugged Mull of Oa peninsula on Islay's southern coast. Aged in a unique combination of Pedro Ximenez, bourbon, and charred virgin oak casks that were married in Ardbeg's custom French Oak gathering vat, An Oa boasts a rich flavour profile with 46.6% ABV strength. This dram is a testament to the distillery's skillful blending and cask finishing techniques, influenced by Glenmorangie's experimentation in this area.
