Opened in July 2014, Ardnamurchan is one of Scotland`s newest distilleries. AD/10.21.06 is a 50.50 split of peated and unpeated barley, aged in 65% bourbon casks, and 35% sherry casks. The nose reveals charred marshmallows, aromas of bonfire and some poached pear notes. The palate is creamy and balanced, elegantly peated and showing a structured minerality.
