Auchroisk 12 Year Old 2009 (cask 362237) – James Eadie

Sherried single malt from Auchroisk, independently bottled by James Eadie. This one was treated to a 12 year long maturation, including a finishing period in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead. Following this, the James Eadie team bottled it up at cask strength, with just 227 bottles produced. Always fond of a good Auchroisk, we are, and we’ve found that it does rather well when brimming with sherried deliciousness, so this one ought to be fab indeed!
