Auchroisk 12 Year Old Storm Chapter 9 Fable 2009

Fable is a storytelling-led premium Scotch whisky company created in 2020 by Calum Lawrie and Andrew Torrance. Each label has different illustrations highlighting characters and scenes from the various chapters. This particular instalment is a 12-year-old Auchroisk, which was distilled in March 2009 and bottled in December 2021. On the nose, it is light, sweet but also zesty, with lime and ginger notes. On the palate, this is a well-integrated dram, with a buttery texture and green herbs.
