Auchroisk 25 Year Old 1996 (cask 2) – Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)

Awesome Auchroisk single malt, independently bottled by the gang at Signatory. Distilled in March 1996, the whisky was initially matured in hogshead casks, before being transferred to a single fresh sherry butt for a generous 57 month finishing period! In January 2022, the whisky was finally deemed ready for bottling, and the cask was cracked open, releasing a total of 684 bottles for Signatory’s Cask Strength Collection.
