Though largely rebuilt in the 1970s, Aultmore now increasingly bottles its spirit as a celebrated single malt, moving beyond its traditional role in Dewar’s blends. This 18-year-old expression presents a complex aroma of vanilla and ripe peach, interwoven with notes of cereal, fruit salad, and a bright citrus finish of grapefruit.
