Bainbridge Yama is the first non-Japanese single grain whisky that is distilled in 100% virgin Japanese Mizunara oak casks. The combination of the porous nature of the Mizunara oak, the small size of barrels and warm temperatures, and the stillhouse create a perfect environment for the whisky to mature. It is bottled at 45% ABV and has a gorgeous shade of ruddy copper colour.
