An older batch (B-90-001) of Baker's Kentucky Straight Bourbon when it was consistently a 7-year-old 107 proof (53.5% ABV) small batch bourbon from Jim Beam. Known for its rich vanilla caramel and nutty notes. (Baker's is now often single barrel and can vary more)..
