Established in 1790 by a local businessman named John Ross, Balblair is one of Scotland`s oldest single malt distilleries. This 23-year-old, single-cask expression was distilled at their production facilities in Edderton and released independently by Gordon & MacPhail in 2021 as part of their Connoisseurs Choice series. Aged in a first-fill bourbon barrel, it offers notes of ripe green apples, oranges and stone fruits.
