Dovetail is one of the current releases, a unique spirit created by utilizing a combination of rum, Port and Dunn Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon casks to finish the whiskey. Expect a complex array of fresh, dried and cooked fruits, with floral undertones and peppery spice from the cask.
