Barton's 1792 Distillery, founded in 1879 in Bardstown, Kentucky, produces this American whiskey with a rich history dating back to its origins as Ridgewood Reserve 1792. With a name referencing the year Kentucky was established as the 15th state in America, this spirit is known for its balanced blend of vanilla and caramel notes on the palate, complemented by subtle hints of oak and fruit. Produced at the Sazerac Company's distillery, which includes the renowned Buffalo Trace facility, Barton's 1792 Bourbon boasts a 12-year maturation period at 48.3% ABV in each 75cl bottle.
