Benromach Single Cask 2010 is a rare single malt whisky from the Benromach Distillery in Speyside. This expression was distilled in 2010 and matured for seven years in a first-fill sherry hogshead cask, imparting rich chocolate and stewed fruit flavours with hints of peated smoke and orange. The result is a complex and full-bodied whisky with a smooth, velvety texture, evoking the lightly peated Speysiders of the 1950s and 60s. With only 311 bottles released, this single cask expression is a true gem for any whisky enthusiast, bottled at 61% ABV in 2017.
