Bimber's "01/2020" is a rich and complex expression, matured in select bourbon casks since 2015. Distilled by Dariusz Plazewski and Ewelina Chruszczyk at their London distillery, this whisky showcases the unique character of their wood washbacks. Expect notes of vanilla, oak, and subtle fruitiness, with a 51.8% ABV that invites exploration. Bottled in 2020, each bottle is carefully numbered (830/1948) as part of a limited release.
