Bimber Single Malt London Whisky (Netherlands Edition) is a highly exclusive single cask release, distilled at the craft-focused Bimber Distillery in West London. Bottled in October 2020 as part of the "Country Collection," this expression was matured in a single American oak ex-Bourbon cask (No. 168) and produced specifically for the Dutch importer Bresser & Timmer. This limited release yielded only 248 bottles at a formidable cask strength of 58.9% ABV. True to Bimber’s signature style—which utilizes traditional floor malting, long seven-day fermentations in wooden washbacks, and direct-fired copper pot stills—this whisky offers a rich, oily texture and a fruit-forward profile. The ex-Bourbon maturation imparts classic notes of creamy vanilla, honey, and desiccated coconut, which are beautifully balanced by vibrant orchard fruits, subtle wood spices, and a lingering, sweet finish.
