Hailing from Poland, Dariusz Plazewski brings his family's moonshine heritage to the table, incorporating natural processes into his craft. This whisky features notes of dark chocolate and raisins on the nose, transitioning to a full-bodied palate with hints of vanilla and caramel. Bottled at 57.9% ABV, only 178 bottles were released.
