Bimber Whisky is crafted by Dariusz Plazewski in London, drawing inspiration from his family's Polish roots in moonshine production. This spirit is distilled in a natural environment using wooden washbacks that are left with residual bacteria and yeast, adding depth to the whisky. Bottled at 51.4% ABV, Bimber Whisky is a blend of first-fill bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts from batch number 01/2020, offering complex notes of vanilla and dried fruit.
