Bimber prides itself in sourcing all of its barley from a single producer and employing traditional distilling techniques. The Bimber Re-Charred Oak Batch #1 is a perfect whisky for anyone who wants to try something new and exciting. The distillery is committed to experimenting with different techniques and flavours to create whiskies that are truly one-of-a-kind. Once opened the aromas of freshly dug vegetables are apparent, then ginger, pine and soil, the palate is of cooked orange, mint, dried fruit, and ginger with a long finish of ginger, orange and mint.
