Hailing from Dariusz Plazewski's London-based distillery, Bimber Whisky is crafted in a natural environment, using bespoke wooden washbacks that allow beneficial bacteria and yeast to enhance the spirit. The Wembley Park Bottled edition, matured in Marsala casks, showcases a rich and complex flavour profile with notes of dark fruit and spices. This particular bottle, number 093/305, has been bottled at a robust 58.3% ABV, allowing the whisky's bold character to shine through.
