Bimber Whisky is crafted by Dariusz Plazewski in his London-based distillery, founded in 2015 with Ewelina Chruszczyk. Distilled in a natural environment using wooden washbacks that allow beneficial bacteria and yeast to enhance the spirit, this whisky boasts a rich complexity. Matured in a Vino De Naranja cask, Bimber Whisky is bottled at 56.6% ABV, one of only 298 bottles released as part of a limited batch.
