Crafted by Dariusz Plazewski, this whisky is made in a natural environment with unique wooden washbacks designed to allow residual bacteria and yeast to influence the next spirit. The result is a distinctively robust flavour profile, aged in an Ex-Rye cask and bottled at 56.9% ABV.
