Bimber Single Malt Whisky is crafted by Dariusz Plazewski and Ewelina Chruszczyk at their London-based distillery, one of only a few working distilleries in the UK. This expression showcases the unique characteristics of a natural fermentation process, with wooden washbacks left to enhance the next spirit. Aged in a combination of bourbon and red wine casks, this whisky boasts a rich and complex flavour profile, with notes of vanilla and oak complemented by fruity undertones. Bottled at 52.2% ABV, this exclusive release is a celebration of King Charles III's coronation.
