Distilled in April 2018, this Bimber single malt commemorates The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with a refined character born from maturation in carefully chosen ex-bourbon casks. Crafted at the London-based Bimber distillery, this limited release showcases the influence of its wood, offering a delicate and approachable spirit. Expect notes of vanilla and sweet cereal grains, typical of bourbon cask influence, leading to a smooth and subtly complex finish. Only 1952 bottles were released, making this a special expression of modern British distilling.
