The spirit is matured in bourbon casks with a touch of orange wine, resulting in a complex flavour profile that showcases notes of vanilla, citrus, and subtle oak undertones. Bottled at 50.2% ABV, this expression embodies the unique spirit of London's Bimber distillery, founded by Dariusz Plazewski and Ewelina Chruszczyk in 2015.
