Island Smoke is a blended Scotch whisky from Black Bottle’s Alchemy Series that offers a bold and peaty character. Aromas of toasted cedar planks, smouldering peat, sweet toffee and cinnamon fill the nose, complemented by notes of oatcakes, seaweed, salted caramel, cardamom and red chilli throughout the palate.
