A limited-edition old malt from Thompson Bros, organic whisky and gin distillery located in the picturesque town of Dornoch, in the Scottish Highlands. Distilled in 2010, the whisky rested for 11 years in three barrels, until eventually it was bottled up in 2021, releasing 563 bottles.
