All the way from Islay’s Bowmore Distillery comes a 22 year old single malt, distilled back in 1997. Drawn from a single sherry butt, this excellent expression was independently bottled by The Character of Islay Whisky Company, as part of The Stories of Wind & Wave series, which is all about shining a spotlight on the fantastic tipples coming from Islay-based distilleries.
