Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Old Style

Bunnahabhain whisky is distilled on Islay's remote north-east coast, where William Robertson built his substantial Victorian distillery in 1881. The island's maritime influence is reflected in Bunnahabhain's light style of malt, crafted using low-fill stills with a large amount of available copper. Traditionally aged in ex-Sherry casks, the whisky develops a sumptuous sweet richness, while around 20% of production is now heavily peated for Toiteach bottlings. This Highland Single Malt offers a complex balance of flavours, from a subtle smokiness to rich, velvety smoothness.
