Our Caroni "Dakini" rum is a rare gem from Trinidad and Tobago, distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2017 after years of Luca Gargano's dedication to preserving its legacy. This unique expression showcases the rich history of the Caroni distillery, where sugarcane crops were grown on-site until its closure in 2002. With a bold and intense flavour profile, this rum boasts notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and spices, balanced by hints of tropical fruit and subtle oak influences. A truly exceptional dram with an ABV of 59.6% and one of only 189 bottles released worldwide.
