Dornoch Castle Hotel Whisky is crafted by the Thompson Brothers, makers of organic Highland Gin, in Dornoch, Scotland. This whisky showcases notes of rich vanilla, subtle oak, and hints of smoky peat, evoking the rugged Scottish landscape from which it originates. Distilled in 1998 and matured for 23 years, this expression is bottled at a robust 60.6% ABV. Only one of 260 bottles was released under the Dornoch Castle Hotel label, making each bottle a truly unique find.
