Convalmore 28 Year Old 1977

Convalmore was one of the so-called `Seven Stills of Dufftown` and mostly produced spirit for blends like Black and White and Lowrie`s back in the day. The distillery was finally moth-balled in the mid-1980s and very few official bottlings remain.This 28 year old Convalmore is a punchy, powerful dram with a sweet malt note on the nose and palate. Fruit cake, antique wood and raisons mingle on the palate before a medium finish with a touch of charred oak.
