Another fine whisky from Coppersea Distilling, based in New York`s Hudson Valley. Notes of citrus oil, nutmeg and black pepper on the nose before sweet notes of stonefruit and vanilla on the palate. This is a “high rye” Bourbon with 30% rye joining 60% corn and 10% malted barley.
