Copperworks 3 Year Old Batch 1 TBWC

This is a 3-year-old Copperworks American single malt, matured in virgin American oak casks and independently released by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. On the nose, aromas of charred oak and molasses jump out of the glass, followed by apples, cut grass and malt, mixed with some yeast. The palate features toasted almonds, fudgy notes of toffee, gingerbread and sappy oak.
