The Copperworks Distillery was named Craft Distillery of the Year 2018 by the American Distilling Institute, so we certainly are expecting excellent things from the very first batch of Copperworks single malt independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! This is an ace 3 year old whiskey from Seattle, packing a wonderful balance of savoury oak and sweet fruit notes.
