Distilled in 2008 at the historic Craigellachie distillery, this 10-year-old expression represents a unique collaboration with the Thompson Brothers of Dornoch Castle Hotel. Matured exclusively in Oloroso octave casks, the whisky develops a rich and complex character, hinting at dried fruits and warm spice. Bottled in December 2023 at 48.5% ABV, it offers a full-bodied experience with a distinctly Speyside profile. This is a limited release, with only 181 bottles drawn from these carefully selected casks.
