Daftmill 2006 Winter Batch Release

Daftmill Farmhouse Distillery in Scotland produces a unique light Lowland whisky, made possible by its independent status. The distillery's connection to the farm allows it to utilize locally grown malting barley, resulting in a truly field-to-bottle experience. This Daftmill whisky is distilled from winter 2006 and bottled in 2018, matured in first-fill bourbon barrels. Its crisp, refined character develops a rich and complex taste profile with notes of vanilla and subtle oak undertones, reaching 46% ABV.
