Daftmill 2007 is a rare single cask whisky born from a working farm distillery in the Lowlands of Scotland, licensed in 2003. Uniquely, Daftmill utilizes barley entirely grown on its own land, cultivated by the Cuthbert family for generations. Distilled in January 2007 and bottled in 2023 after maturing in a first-fill bourbon barrel with a PX finish, this expression offers a distinctive character.
