Distilled in 2008 at the Daftmill Farmhouse Distillery, located on the former farm of the same name, this Lowland whisky showcases a light, refined character. Matured in six bourbon casks (56, 58, 60, 62, 65 & 66) for over a decade, it was bottled at 46% ABV in 2019 as part of a limited release of just 1760 bottles. The result is a smooth and approachable whisky with a delicate flavour profile, carefully crafted by independent distiller Francis Cuthbert.
