Daftmill 2008 Summer Batch Release

Hailing from Scotland's Lowlands, Daftmill Farmhouse Distillery produces a light and elegant whisky with a rich history. This expression was distilled in 2008 and matured for over a decade in six individual bourbon casks (56, 58, 60, 62, 65 & 66) before being bottled at 46% ABV in 2019. Characterized by its crisp and delicate flavour profile, this whisky is an excellent representation of the distillery's commitment to producing high-quality spirits while respecting traditional farming practices.
