Uniquely, Daftmill utilizes barley grown directly on its own fields, embodying a traditional field-to-bottle approach to whisky making. Distilled in July 2010 and bottled in 2021 after a decade of maturation, this 46% ABV expression offers a light and delicate character, shaped by its time in first-fill bourbon barrels.
