Distilled in the summer of 2010 at the Daftmill distillery in Fife, Scotland, this single malt represents a true farm-to-bottle experience – grown, distilled, matured, and bottled on-site. Matured for over a decade in 25 first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, it offers a characteristically rich and honeyed profile. Expect notes of vanilla and sweet cereal grains, indicative of its bourbon cask influence, alongside a subtle fruitiness.
