Crafted from barley grown directly on Daftmill Farm – a true field-to-bottle expression – this spirit offers a unique taste of its terroir. Matured exclusively in a single Oloroso Sherry cask (#96) for fourteen years, it presents a rich and complex character at 59.3% ABV.
