Daftmill Farmhouse is an independent distillery located in the Lowlands of Scotland, where owner Francis Cuthbert produces a light and distinct whisky using malted barley grown on-site at Daftmill Farm. Distilled in 2011, this expression has matured in a First-Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt (Cask No. 97) for nearly two decades, resulting in a rich and complex character with hints of dried fruits and spices. Bottled at a cask strength of 59.8% ABV, Daftmill Farmhouse offers an intense whisky experience that showcases the unique terroir of its Lowland origins.
