Daftmill 2011 Winter Batch is a unique Lowland single malt, born from a working farm distillery in Fife, Scotland. Distilled in December 2011 and bottled in 2024, this whisky showcases the estate’s commitment to a farm-to-glass process, utilizing barley grown directly on Daftmill Farm – a tradition upheld by the Cuthbert family for generations. Matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels, it offers a light and approachable character with notes of sweet grain and subtle fruit. At 46% ABV, this limited release of 7500 bottles presents a taste of authentic Scottish agricultural heritage.
