Dalmore – 30 Year Old (Ceti)

Distilled in the Scottish Highlands at the renowned Dalmore Distillery, this 30 Year Old expression – known as “Ceti” – represents decades of patient maturation. Its journey begins with 23 years resting in ex-bourbon American white oak, imparting vanilla and honeyed sweetness. The whisky then completes its aging process over seven years in Matusalem Oloroso casks, adding layers of rich dried fruit, spice, and a distinctive sherry influence. The result is a complex and exceptionally smooth whisky, showcasing Dalmore’s mastery of wood finishing.
