Matured exclusively in Bordeaux wine casks, this 48.8% ABV bottling from the inaugural Portfolio Series showcases Dalmore’s commitment to luxury and artistry. Expect a rich and complex flavour profile, influenced by the wine cask maturation, offering notes of dark fruit, spice, and a lingering warmth. Bottled in 2024 as one of only 5000, this expression represents a harmonious blend of Scottish heritage and contemporary design, in collaboration with artist Fraser Gray and the V&A Dundee.
