The sixth batch in Dingle Distillery’s Single Malt Batch series was matured exclusively in tawny port casks. Aromas of waffles and maple syrup, thick-cut marmalade, butterscotch and crystallised ginger fill the nose, complemented by notes of redcurrant jelly, Stroopwafles, cranberries, gingerbread, dark chocolate, honeyed dates and fresh ginger throughout the palate.
